Date for submission of targets

Hi, I have a question regarding deadline for submission - on behalf of Topdanmark, non-life insurence company. On the SBT website it is stated that Topdanmark’s deadline for submission of targets is First of May. However, our engagement letter is signed the 23rd of May. According to SBTi compliance policy, our deadline should be 31st of May. How do we ensure that the date is changed to 31st of May?

Hi Pernille, I’ve confirmed that Topdanmark’s commitment indeed expires on May 31, 2024 as all commitments for companies expire on the last day of the month they originally committed in. I believe the May 1 that you mentioned just refers to the month the commitment letter was sent in 2022.
