If choosing to set a Temperature Rating target, it seems one would have to use SBTi’s designated Finance Tool for temperature scoring. Is that correctly understood? At the same time, it is acknowledged in SBTi’s user guide for this Finance Tool (p. 13) that the use of commercial data provider’s solutions “can for some users be the easiest way to integrate the tool into existing infrastructure and workflow to analyze portfolios’ and companies’ temperature scores”.
