What is the earliest base year we can choose? We intend to register with SBTI in 2024. Can we choose the base year 2016? What should we consider? Does this apply only to financial institutions or generally to all industries?
FIs must currently set targets with a base year of 2015 or later. However, if the base year is more than two years from the date of submission, FIs must provide a most recent year data from one to two years prior to the date of submission.
