SDA approach- is it acceptable to be under the sector pathway?

Hi,

As others have pointed out, sourcing activity data is a major issue. For example we don’t always know m2 of buildings financed but we can get intensity kwh/m2 relatively easily, which means when using the SDA tool we cannot calculate intensity target derived from the absolute emission target. As the sector pathway is known, can we set our own target to keep the intensity below the sectoral pathway?
