SBTi response policy / newbie response limit

Dear SBTi,

Thanks so much for launching this platform!

I’m writing to inquire what SBTi policy is on responding to queries that are submitted on this platform. I ask because I have a query that I posed, which has gone unanswered for quite a while now.

I’ve tried to post gentle, polite check-ins on when this question will be answered, but have hit the wall in terms of the number of responses I’m allowed to post in a thread as a “newbie” (just 3 – it isn’t clear what the logic behind this is – see below my signature for the text that popped up when I tried to post.)
