Resource to automatically download CTA file

Greetings,

I’m planning to create an automated process to download the “Company Taking Action” spreadsheet available through this link and I’d like to know if you have any other resources where I could download this file, like APIs, since it seems there is a Web Application Firewall blocking automated tasks from downloading through that link.
