Near-Term Target Achievement Deadline

Hi, our client is developing a Near-Term Target for the SME route.

The FAQs says that the target can be set in a fiscal year, but if they set the interim target for 2030 in the fiscal year from April to March with 2020 as the base year, is it correct to say that either of the following would be acceptable?
a. 42% absolute emissions reduction by FY2029 (April 2029 - March 2030)
b. 42% absolute emissions reduction by FY 2030 (April 2030 - March 2031)

If they set an interim target for 2030 in the fiscal year, we would appreciate it if you could let us know if it would be acceptable to set a deadline for achieving the target beyond December 31, 2030.
