Extending comittment from Near Term to Long Term Target

Hi, we already committed to near term target and now want to extend the committment to long term target. Does anybody have an idea how to do this? Send a new committment including near term and long term? Or is it possible to extend it online?

You can send a new commitment including both near term and long term.
