Changing reporting period from calendar to financial year

Is it possible to change the reporting period? The baseline year is calendar so would this have to be changed also?

Hello, could you please provide some more context to your question? For example, is this for a corporate, financial institution, or SME that already has validated targets? What is exactly is the change being contemplated?

for a SME with already validated targets, we currently report in the calendar year but we do other energy use reporting for NZC, which has to be done in the financial year, so we were hoping to change the SBT reporting year to financial to streamline the process.
