Change between Portfolio Coverage and Temperature Rating

Hi there,

If an FI chooses Portfolio Coverage or Temperature Rating as their target setting method, will they be able to change the method after 5 years (which I understand is the target timeframe)? If yes, what implications will this have on the original base year?

Yes, the FI would us a new base year for temperature rating.
