Base year update SDA Transportat tool

Hello, we are trying to use the SDA Transport tool to set targets for our scope 3 transport related emissions. We have collected all the data for our base year 2022 but the tool gives an error stating we should select a valid base year and the tool still encorporates 2DS. What tool should we use to set SDA targets in line with 1,5° for scope 3 transport related emission?
