Scope 1, 2 and 3 SDA target for loans to Automotive sector

I have a question regarding how to set a target for the Automotive sector within the “other corporate loans” asset class, in particular for loans to auto manufacturers companies. In the SBTi guidance it is mentioned that for Automotive the target should cover scope 1, 2 and 3, with an SDA approach. However, the SBTi tool for the automanufacturers only covers scope 3 emissions (use of sold products). What is the suggested approach to develop a baseline and a single target that cover scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions with an SDA approach? Which tool should be used? How can a bank combine a scope 1+2 target with an intensity scope 3 target?

Many thanks for your help!
