FI Auto OEM target setting

Hi, could you please advise on target setting for Auto OEM - when an FI is setting an Auto OEM target should the target include scope 1 and 2 emissions from the manufacturer, as well as scope 3 ‘use of sold products’ emissions of sold vehicles? The FI guidance indicates that scope 1 and 2 emissions should be included, but under the transport sector guidance this is not included. There is also no guidance on setting the target for scope 1 and 2 emissions.

Hi, yes both S1+2 and S3 should be included for OEM targets. The SDA tool has pathways for scope 3 use of sold products.
