A Bank has a fully-owned leasing company, which is included in its’s organizational boundaries and portfolio emissions of this leasing company are shown in Category 13 Scope 3 of the Bank. Please confirm that in such case, shares that the Bank has in this leasing company (and corresponding emissions) do not have to be considered for SBTi targets setting in corporate instruments (equity, bonds, loans) category.
