Are investments classed as collectives in-scope?

Hi, I’d like to know if investments in collectives are in scope (requirement) of target setting? The investments are considered indirect and there is typically limited influence and engagement to effect climate strategies. From the guidance there is some reference to mutual funds which may be categorised similarly, are collectives therefore treated the same? And what specifically is the guidance around these if data and ability to impact is low?

Definition of Assets under Management for an Insurance Company

Hi, I work for an insurance company that is primarily involved in non-life insurance, but that also has a subsidiary within life insurance. We find it hard to see which parts of our portfolio that is manditory to include. Be aware that banks can currently exclude asset management from their targets, but they need to clearly disclose that asset management is excluded. However, best practice is naturally to include asset management in the banks target, following the general “completeness” principle of SBTi.
