Company or FIs? and How to calculate percent of our total revenue/assets is generated from the arrangement and execution of financial and monetary transactions, including deposits, loans, investments, and currency exchange”?

I am writing to you to enquire about how to identify organization type;

  1. How to calculate the “percent of our total revenue/assets is generated from the arrangement and execution of financial and monetary transactions, including deposits, loans, investments, and currency exchange”? please provide example.

  2. Would the company falls under FIs, if the 5% threshold exceeded only on “Assets” generated, but “Revenue” is below 5%? please provide example

  3. Is it possible for a company to be classified as “Company”, even if the company exceeded the 5% threshold using other criteria (e.g. using alternative metrics), any exceptions? please provide example

  4. How does SBTi validate the “Organization Type”? would SBTi look into the financial report? if so in what section in the report?

Thank you
